Recently i have decided to start doing more sc-ifi stuff after several requests. This is pretty shy but more stuff with panels will come.

Nice texture, but I was always one to leave the pipes out of the texture and model the pipes, especially in Worldcraft for games like Quake and Halflife.
Pipes, lights, buttons, all made a good slender bridges or obscure step ladders to get higher without rocket jumping or noclipping.
I have more fun in a map that allows multiple avenues to reach objectives. Some games like Mirrors Edge, Assassins Creed have some openness built into them but it's not perfect because you always end up in a scripted sequence that takes you out of the game and forces you to perform some sequence of button pushing.
I always referred to climbing on small ploys or up hopping and meandering up steep inclines, as mountain climbing. I started doing it in Quake, fell out the map a few times in Halflife and it was the first thing I did out the door when I entered the world of Skyrim. Got a pick axe at the beginning of the game and then went down thru the back door to the monk folk. lol. Thats my way of enjoying worlds I guess. I also fell out the map in Skyrim inside the Blue? mansion, but tried as I might I couldn't do it as I walked from ocean to ocean on top of the mountain that borders the map.
